Charcuterie Board
Our family loves a good platter cheese and cracker (and whatnot) to pair with wine.
Remember: It's quality over quantity.
Here is a list of food we never forget to place on the board:
- Cheese (Soft and hard cheeses)
- Cold cuts (Just a few would do. We are not a fan of these preserved goods anyway)
- Crackers (Our favourite would be Finn Crisp we buy from Santi's Deli)
- Honey (I mean, you know... the real kind)
- Walnuts
- Black seedless grapes
- Dried fruits (Any)
Tip: Want to taste magic in your mouth? Try grabbing a piece of cracker, top with soft cheese (maybe Camembert?), drizzle with honey and half a slice of grapes! This will go well with glass of bubbly (A Prosecco would do, if there is no Champagne - just make sure it's a dry bubbly, and you are good to go!)
