Quick Breakfast Parfait
We all have morning rush that we just couldn't avoid, like lazy Saturday mornings because weekend JUST STARTED, or Sunday church service at 10AM (everyone can sleep in, no big deal), or even a Monday rush, when you realize you have to go to work again and weekend is OVER.
These are the days when we truly have forgotten about how important breakfast is. We can't skip it because we know it's the most important meal of the day. Often, we tend to lose focus and get cranky during our important appointments simply because we skipped it!
Here is a simple and quick breakfast parfait to whip in the morning:

- Fruits - We often use strawberry, grapes, kiwi, mango and banana!
- Nuts - Waluts and almonds are our favourite
- Chia Seeds - This super food is best to sprinkle on any beverage or dessert! You can also soak this overnight to enjoy a soft "tapioca pearl"-like texture.
- Muesli - We mostly use Carman's, but any oatmeal, muesli or granola would do.
- Greek Yogurt - It's a bit tangy than your usual yogurt, but it's the healthier choice. You may use any preferred yogurt.
- Honey - Drizzle with honey! Put a little sweetness in life!
